Hot Dip Galvanizing

  • Experiencing Speed and On-Time Deliveries: Steel components arriving as planned can be hot dip galvanized by 6.00 of the next working day.

  • The documentation and analysis of all production processes within the framework of the intelligent information system DIG-VISA guarantee a consistently high quality of hot dip galvanizing. They also ensure the shortest possible delivery times – sometimes even by 06.00 on the following day.

Enables hot dip galvanizing of components with a unit weight of up to 1,200 kg.

Powder Coating

  • We coat components made of steel, hot dip galvanized steel and aluminium measuring up 7,000 mm long x 2,300 mm high x 1,200 mm wide and up to 1 tonne unit weight in manual and automatic booths. Other substrates on request
  • As opposed to non-wet chemical processes or the iron phosphate method, zinc phosphate coating achieves a thicker layer of coating weight and therefore longer corrosion resistance. Then because of the subsequent chrome-free passivation, the zinc phosphate layer is given greater thickness, which in turn leads to even more corrosion protection and a more substantial barrier effect against water and salt spray.
  • We guarantee a consistently high level of coating as a result of process reliability in line with DIN EN 1090. And by the same token, we guarantee automated documentation of all production steps as part of our integrated DAQ system.
  • Wet chemical pretreatment
  • Tri-cation zinc phosphate process + chrome-free nano passivation
  • The use of weather and UV-resistant, GSB-approved powder, assuring coating quality, whereby in addition to RAL all other conventional colour choices and powder types are possible
  • Surface finishing prior to coating by means of sandblasting, sweep blast cleaning, diverse preparatory finishing, masking
  • Specialist for series-production parts
  • Reliable and short delivery times guaranteed, which include the use of lorry delivery services
