SPECIAL CONTAINERS
DB
Rietbergwerke manufacture special containers according to customer drawings with factory acceptance and according to AD2000 datasheet HP0. Can also be produced as single containers or in small batches.
Used e.g. on road marking machines operated by a worldwide machine manufacturer.
Tank container
TC 1000
Special transport container, approved as a pressure vessel according to EN 14208: 2004, for transporting hydrogen fluoride Equipped with gas cylinder valves according to DIN 477.
Used at a worldwide metal and plastics processor.
Waste oil collector
AS-TP-se 5000
Collection container made of hot dip galvanized steel for 5000 litres of waste oil, in special design with additional fork-lift truck feet and movable access ladder. Currently being utilised in Europe´s second largest port.
Storage tank for gas condensates
LT-ELH
Double-walled design, hot dip galvanized on the inside and outside; additionally, the design is suitable for erection in freezing zones with temperatures down to -20°C
The tank is explosion blast proof to withstand an explosion on the inside. The connections on the dome lid were designed with flanges as requested by the customer. The tank is erected in the explosion zone, at an ejection blower on a gas pipeline. For the double-wall, in addition to the local indicator, a sensor for the remote evaluation of the double-wall’s condition has been installed.
FUEL TANK
KA 7500
Storage tank with a capacity of 7,500 litres housed in a maritime container. Thanks to reinforcements in the floor of the container, the unit can be relocated in an empty state
. Because the unit was installed in a harbour, the design has been made with a corresponding level of ruggedness. Relocation is required e.g. in the event of a possible
flooding of the harbour area. The unit was equipped and delivered in an operationally ready state.
Multi tank
MT-MOBIL
Mobile, in-house fresh oil supply for use at a globally leading manufacturer for shredders and recycling technology. Equipped with a fresh oil dispensing pump including dispensing unit and a special support frame for moving the storage container with gantry cranes.
Container on roll-on/roll-off tilting frame
LT-SE 5000
For the supply and/or disposal of liquids, tanks may be installed on roll-on/roll-off tilting frames. The tanks can be equipped with various accessories, depending on the application. The image at the top shows a supply container for oils, the image on the left a container with a powerful suction pump, in order to be able to collect hazardous liquids in the event of a disaster.
Both tanks are used by the in-house fire service of a refinery.
